About Us

 Lisa and Peter are natural hoteliers. They love meeting new people, hearing new stories, and sharing a few laughs with guests. Before coming to Old Orchard Beach, they owned and operated the Footbridge North Hotel in Wells, Maine, building lasting friendships along the way.

For Lisa, Old Orchard Beach is filled with childhood memories of summers spent here with her grandparents. For Peter, returning to OOB fulfilled a 30-year dream that began when he worked as a lifeguard from 1978 to 1983.

Opening Seagrass Inn was more than a business decision — it was coming home.
